1. Platform
tripline provides software that connects travel agents with destination management companies (DMCs) for queries, quotes, bookings, optional payments, documents, and in-platform messaging. tripline is not itself a travel supplier unless expressly stated.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate organization information, keep credentials confidential, and ensure only authorized staff use your workspace. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
3. Commercial relationships
Contracts for travel services are between the agent organization and the DMC (and their end customers, as applicable). tripline does not guarantee fulfillment, pricing accuracy, or supplier performance.
4. Payments
Payments on tripline are optional and controlled by DMC payment settings. Where DMC QR / UPI is used, settlement is reported and confirmed by the parties; tripline does not automatically verify bank or UPI completion. Gateway payments (when enabled) are processed by the configured provider under that provider’s terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape, spam, or upload unlawful or infringing content. Do not use the platform to circumvent applicable travel, tax, or consumer regulations.
